Used several tools to search the computer and none could find Windows 8.1 on my system so I assume it was deleted as part of the Windows 10 upgrade. I tried ACER's advice of a Factory Reset but this restored Windows 10. The option is not available in Settings under recovery (but I'm still withinģ0 days). I'm not fussed, would be happy to return to Windows 8.1 but I can't. I have been in discussions with ACER for the past two weeks seeking advice on the matter and have resolved to ACERĪdmitting the computer and drivers are not compatible with Windows 10 despite the box stating "Windows 10 Ready". I couldn't access the built in secondary hard-drive (built in to the keyboard) and the auto-rotate feature on the tablet/screen does not work. I could not operate the Windows key, but I resolved this with a full system reset. I got the Windows 10 update offer and ungraded the system. I purchased an Acer Switch 10E approximately 6 weeks ago.
